Trying at least. I am quite terrible at this and I don't know if I will actual post this since, well, yeah I have started posts like this in the past only to run away in fear. I am strangely scared of posting to my LJ and I actually don't know why. So I am trying to break it as it is dumb and makes no sense. For real.

Hello to anyone reading this! I have several people on my F-list that are newish that haven't seen me post something normal. Another problem I have is I am completely boring.

So....something to talk about...

School is going...I can't say much more than that. I pray that I am okay in Stats and can make it out with a C. The same with Econ. I have around that in both classes and I dunno. I hope it works out. I also put in my application for Emporia State. I'm going to go to their Metro Learning center to finish a degree in Marketing. If everything works out that is...I still am waiting for Emporia to accept me in and then I'll need to worry about financial aid. It's looking like if it does all work out, I'll be taking an online class from them this Spring, and by fall be in classes in the Learning Center! *crosses fingers*

Orchestra is going okay. We started The Nutcracker a few weeks ago. It's one of the hardest orchestra pieces I've played in a while to be honest. It's fun though. I wish that the concert was opened to the general public, but it's some fancy tea party thing. The dancers look cool though. They performed with us last Monday, and apparently they will have a full run through tomorrow. I really need to practice some if I get some time. Also I am working on "Away in a Manger" for church apparently. Although I am sort of worried because the guy just said "Oh hey perform with these three people, make it Away in a Manger. KTHXBYE" Seriously. Two violins, a flute, and me. I only actually know one of the people too. This will be interesting. We need to get a decent arrangement as the one in the hymn book won't fit for the instruments we have.

I was SMART and signed up for 4 Secret Santa thingies on LJ. usxuk,maplesandroses,himitsu_santa, and nordic5_xmas. I'm excited but nervous as it will be quite a bit to write in a month. I started on one of them. This week will be pretty light in the way of school an work, so might have time for extra fic writing. (Although I might go shopping on Friday...I was told I could just take people places and my name would be put on gifts...this sounds sort of like a good idea at the moment.)

So today Jennie wanted to get buy a hamster and so we all go to a pet store, and there we look inside the hamster bin. We where looking for a male hamster (which we have had problems finding the in area actually) and they had both male and females in the same container. In the cage is this male hamster who noticeably is having sex with a poor female in heat and obviously already pregnant. He also went around chasing all the other hamsters attempting to do anything that stood still long enough. This actually included some of the other male hamsters. Not kidding. As we were sifting through the other hamsters we kept watching this hamster. He was probably the most horniest hamster we have all seen. Then I screwed myself over by saying something like "Dude...if I was to get that hamster, I'd so name him France. It's beyond perfect." At that point we kept calling him France like it was his name, and I realized I had named him. So with a little bit of convincing, and the fact they had an extra cage, I went ahead and got him. So here is France:

Okay so...hold the phone. First off I don't even know who my sister was with let alone that she was thinking of getting married to said person. Secondly, this is so my sister's second marriage. She married Jimmy the world's biggest douche hick like 4 years ago or so. And she didn't tell us till like 4 months after the fact. NO REALLY. So apparently my mom was surprised that she even invited her. Because inviting family to your wedding is a strange concept apparently.

OH BUT IT GETS BETTER!

She is getting married to Brian from what I last recalled is pretty loser-tastic who is Lisa's brother. Lisa is my brother Aaron's not-really-wife-but-should-be-girlfriend.(He is still married to his Ex and they have been separated for like 12 years NO JOKE. HE HAS 4 KIDS WITH LISA AND HIS EX HAS MORE KIDS TOO.) Apparently the jokes are already flying but still...arg. Just...REALLY?


This is making me less and less excited about the idea of marriage...or even getting a boyfriend again. My family is screwed up. *headdesk* WHY!?
